PASSPORTycm Daily Camp Schedule

Following a different theme for each day, everything is connected! Starting with the individual morning devotion and continuing through the church group devotion each evening, campers are taken on an interrelated journey with Christ and each other. Morning Celebration and Bible Study prepare youth to head out into the world for the daily Mission Projects. Free time offers optional activities campers can choose to attend. Worship invites teenagers to interact with the presence of Christ and consider how they can meet the needs of the world around them. And every night there is a party, just for fun.

Morning Devotion 8:30 a.m. – 9 a.m.

Just after breakfast, morning devotions begin our discussion of the theme for the day. By setting the daily tone, each devotion focuses each camper’s attention on their personal relationship with Christ and readies them to hear God speak through other program activities.

Morning Celebration 9 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

Energy is the key to the celebration times! After 30 minutes of songs, laughter, announcements and awards, campers are bursting with energy as they head off to Bible study with their new best friends.

Bible Study 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.

By studying Scripture together, youth will build community through common experiences and fresh encounters with Christ. Youth from different church groups are randomly assigned to the activity based study groups during camp registration.

Mission Projects 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

An extension of Bible study, each mission project is designed to put the Bible into practice. From ministering to senior adults who need a friend, to caring for children who need shelter and a meal, to helping others repair their homes, PASSPORT’s mission projects are energetic and fun, insightful and rich. Each missions project group will eat lunch on site.

Free Time 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Youth may choose to spend their time playing informal games, attending Free Time Choice activities or just hanging out with their friends. Led by different PASSPORT staffers each afternoon, the Free Time Choices are designed to provide fun, active, and thought-provoking options for campers.

Worship 7 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Continuing with the daily theme, each night’s worship is designed to challenge youth to expand their faith in God, consider the needs of others, and change as a result. PASSPORT’s worship will be creative, reflective, and youth-oriented, rather than style specific, exposing campers to new ways of participating in worship through music, silence, prayer, and more.

Nightly Party 9 p.m. – 10 p.m.

The Variety Show, a costume Dance and an outdoor Rec Party all have one goal: FUN! Bible study groups will compete for the winning prize at the Rec Party, experienced campers will come ready with an act for the Variety Show and everyone should bring a Dance costume to match the theme for the week.

Church Group Devotions 10 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Each church group gathers at the close of the evening for devotion and discussion of the day’s events. Guides will be provided as a resource for each group leader.

12th Night

You’ve made it! You are a Senior and you deserve a little treat! So, on the third night of camp, after all other campers have headed to bed, graduated Seniors gather after curfew for FOOD and FUN with the Camp Staff.
