Camp Schedule
A day at PASSPORTkids! is action-packed, and our campers never run out of exciting ways to encounter Christ, embrace community, and extend grace to the world. The day’s events include:
Morning Devotion 8:45-9:00
Morning Devotions, provided in each camper’s personal passport, are a kid-friendly way to start the day with God.
Morning Celebration 9:00-9:30
Morning Celebration is a high-energy gathering of the full camp with silly songs, games, announcements, and lots of laughter, as well as a kick-off challenge from our pastor.
Bible Study 9:30-10:30
The Bible Study is an experiential and multi-sensory time for campers to learn how the Bible has meaning for their lives, while making new friends in small groups.
Recreation 10:40-11:30
Recreation engages campers in innovative games as well as new takes on some golden oldies, with an emphasis on teamwork and frenetic fun.
Sixth Sense 12:30-1:10
A special event just for campers who’ve completed Sixth Grade (while everyone else gets a brief rest in their quarters), to build solidarity and feel affirmed in their transitional journey.
Afternoon Rotations 1:15-4:15
Camper’s Choice • Missions • Swimming
Campers rotate through three events each afternoon. Camper’s Choice is an elective activity campers choose on their first day. In Missions, campers will meet a missionary, discover new cultures, and do a mission action project to share Christ’s love with others. Swimming… woo-hoo! What more needs to be said?
Free Time 4:15-5:15
Free Time allows a little space in the schedule for your group to hang out together, visit our camp store, or get ready for the evening’s events.
Worship 6:30-7:45
With elements from many Christian traditions and a few new ones, worship is one of our hallmarks for its creativity, child-friendliness, and involvement of campers as leaders. It leads to the Worship Response time, a gathering for the group leader to debrief the day and guide the group to reflect, respond, and decide.
Nightly Parties 8:15-9:15
Each night’s festival is a unique event, including the RecFest (big team-building games), Night Market (a simulated visit to another culture), and Variety Show (showcasing our campers and groups with music, skits, and novelty acts).
Cabin Devotions 9:15
Once campers are showered and ready for bed, the group chaperones help them end the day with prayer and a bedtime story!
